Start with a free IT assessment call
Tell us about your office, the problem, and what you want to improve. We will discuss the likely next step and whether one-time help or ongoing support makes sense. Hands-on troubleshooting, onsite assessments, and implementation are quoted separately.

What do the monthly hours cover?
In these examples, troubleshooting, account administration, configuration, and agreed maintenance all count toward the included remote support time. The user limit does not mean unlimited devices or unlimited work. We list the covered users, devices, and systems in the proposal.
If a request will take you beyond the allowance, we explain the additional work and agree the cost. Unused monthly hours do not roll over in these examples. Your written agreement confirms billing, support hours, response targets, and cancellation terms.
What is quoted separately?
- Onsite visits, travel, and work outside agreed support hours.
- Servers, domain controllers, application servers, and complex remote-access environments.
- Backup software, cloud storage, backup monitoring, and recovery projects.
- Office moves, network installations, migrations, and substantial upgrades.
- Specialist label printing, RFID, or existing camera and NVR work.
- Hardware, Microsoft 365 licenses, security software, and other subscriptions.
We can include agreed server, backup, network, or specialist responsibilities in a tailored proposal. The sample plans above are a starting point for everyday office support.
Which arrangement makes sense for your office?
Choose one-time help when the job has a defined outcome: setting up a computer, investigating an Outlook problem, or making an agreed configuration change.
Consider monthly support when staff regularly need assistance, accounts change, or nobody in the office owns the routine IT work. Read our monthly support versus pay-as-you-go guide for the questions to ask before deciding.
Can you quote for a property management company or brokerage?
Yes. We discuss the office staff, agents where applicable, business locations, shared systems, and the equipment you want covered. Additional sites and property equipment are scoped explicitly so everyone knows where support starts and ends.
See our property management IT support and real estate office IT support.
Tell us what needs looking after
You do not need to choose a plan before speaking with us. Describe the office and the work you need help with, and we can discuss a suitable arrangement.
